Keep in mind, marketing can be expensive but it doesn’t have to be. There are affordable options for anything you need to do, but remember not to cut corners on the really important areas such as branding and web sites. Keep in mind 84% of searchers are looking online for local businesses. If you do decide to take on some areas yourself, don’t get overwhelmed and start with something easy. You’re passionate about what you do so blog about it or share valuable information on Facebook. Those areas are easy to start with and build great relationships with your customers.


With all these options comes risk. Make sure you understand your plan and what you’re trying to accomplish. You don’t want to dilute your brand, send mixed messages or do anything that discredits your company. The point of a solid marketing plan is to build trust with your customers, clients and even employees.
